Water, Island Iced Tea or Refreshing Lemonade

For Starters
Seared Mahimahi Salad
A flavorful blend of seared local mahimahi in a citrus marinade, over a lush bed of fresh island greens.

Main Course
Chicken and Vegetable Satay
Juicy skewered chicken and locally grown vegetables, seasoned and grilled to perfection. Served with a saucy sweet chili sauce (careful, it might bite back) and steamed rice.

Dessert
Chocolate Mochi
A sinfully portioned slice of homemade chocolate mochi, lightly dusted with powdered sugar, on a ribbon of sultry strawberry sauce.

Le Café
Hot tea and coffee will be made available towards the end of the show.

*For vegetarians, we have the option of salad without the mahimahi ceviche, and a main course that substitutes tofu for the chicken. Please specify whether you will be having the meat or vegetarian option when purchasing your ticket(s).
